Hot chocolate!

Guys, I'm desperate to drink a nice hot chocolate! 

Are there any brands out there that are sugar and sweetener free? Or benzo healthy ones? Lol. 

Any suggestions would be great.

Why just not get cocoa? A tiny bit of sugar might be good

Without any sugar at all it get bitter IMO

Try cacao powder with monk fruit sweetener on the side to add sweetener and oat milk. It’s better than regular hot chocolate. 

i have this with no problem and it’s delicious IMO.

If you are desperate for Hot chocolate then why not just have one and enjoy it!  Wouldn't drink it all day every day, just one here and there isn't going to do any harm. Much worse things to be having, like benzos for example
