Makes you realise

It's times like this that make you realise who is truly there for you. 

Then when you finally realise no one is there for you, it hurts so bad. Going through a taper alone is twice as hard. 

No one messaging you asking if you're ok. No one to console you when you're going through a bad wave. No shoulder to rest your head upon. 

Really is difficult.

a bit better today.  what are your symptoms?  yes it's awful having Christmas soon.  last Christmas I couldn't have imagined that I wouldn't be better by next Christmas.
