Hello how are you? I don't know if it's okay to post here but I wanted to ask you something.

 

I'm going to be 27 months without a benzo, but I'm still having problems with insomnia.

  and some cognitive problems.

 

I'm studying law but lately it's been twice as hard for me to pay attention or memorize, I know what benzo's are, but any advice to overcome these barriers

Are you attributing your insomnia and cognitive challenges to your benzodiazepine recovery or do you suspect its the stress of your studies?

it can be both.

 

If I improved cognitively but didn't go back to how I was before, my insomnia also improved.

 

Yesterday they passed a very important exam.

 

but I wanted to see if anyone had the same problem or have any advice
