Tinnitus spike 5 months off

5 months off zopiclone and awoke today with loudest tinnitus. I'm worried this is going to stick, can anyone else advise if this has happened to them around 5 months and is part of healing or something?

I had tinnitus off and on for the first year and a half.  It eventually faded away but would pop up again when I was especially fatigued and/or stressed.  I've seen a number of members say tinnitus was one of the last withdrawal symptoms to go, but it did stop.
