Anxiety washing over

Do you sometimes experience this doom feeling washing over you?

I am in a wave after a long window with fewer symptoms and I have been getting it once in a while today. It’s like without any reason at all fear washes over me making me feel this scared falling dropping pit in the stomach burning sensation. Do you get this?

I used to get that, its overwhelming how heavy and suffocating it feels.

Yes I've felt it now for a while.  I've been in a wave for a few days and feeling acute, coming off a window where I thought I was healed and started writing a success story

It’s just a wave, it will pass again. I hate that they happen. I only had this the day I posted but it also happened in the past and will probably happen again.
