[Co...] Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 I don't believe in therapists anymore either as they ended me up on this crap but maybe talking to a benzo coach helps you? It's very difficult to hold on I know. I am basically becoming anorexic because of all the puking. I will try mhbot as an experiment to see if it helps anything.
