Can I ask a stupid question

 

Does everyone eventually get better 100%

 

I am 4 months of cold turkey now, still suffering bad withdrawal.  When does it start to get better.  Very impatient.

In terms of benzo withdrawal...4 months is really not that long.  I initially C/T in November 2004 and tried to reinstate but it never worked right.  I probably began to see some improvements around the 4 month mark...but was not better better for another few months.  Hang in there and keep track of those improvements so you can see that you really are getting better!!
