[Br...] Posted April 7, 2023 Share Posted April 7, 2023 If anyone here is suffering from insomnia or so called insomnia and can't get sleep from withdraw try taking an herbal supplement called *VALLERIAN ROOT* (I think I spelled that right) anyway get a really really really high dose you can't over dose on it but don't take 300 pills or 30 pills either. Usually 2,000mg of valerian is calming to the body with 2 chamomile tea bags in a 16oz. Cup and lay on the sofa you have to work with it. Let me know how you feel?
