But Dalmane does not help me in the dose, but it makes me calmer than Klonopin. Klonopin is like that, I always have the drops in my pocket with me. Terrible.

Only unfortunately, when I was only on half a Dalmane, which I took in the morning, I also always drank alcohol in the evening. Always beer in the evening... but it worked. Except for 2mg Dalmane....

I know it was not a good idea.

But it worked, I was able to sleep, work, and completed retraining.
