[ni...] Posted May 25, 2021 Share Posted May 25, 2021 Last night I initially went to sleep for an hour, woke up and 1.5 hours later listened to the adult bedtime story. I did sleep during that time, as after the cat got onto the ship, I slept through what followed. When I did pick back up, the cat was out of the picture. This morning, I feel somewhat okay. I won't say rested, as I'm not there, yet. Anyway, thanks Bluemoon for the link. I plan on listening to it until it no longer works for me. I'm always open to new sleep ideas.
