Haven't seen him around since his hospital visit at least a month ago!

I haven't been to the hospital since then.

I had 210/140 so it was serious.

The spike yes. But have high BP normally due to a tumor. Not cancer. I had it for 20 years but it's grown and producing a stress hormon that effects the heart. I will remove it.. but need to sleep better i can't do it and not sleeping.

Sorry to hear that. Also it's good that the tumor is benign. Yes, sleep would be good and hope it returns for you.

I feel for you with the in insomnia. I had complete and utter lack of sleep when I quit taking Xanax and Klonopin seven weeks ago. It is an option to go to the emergency room to ask them to induce sleep because lack of sleep can cause confusion and death. I am not trying to I scare you all, but I learned all of this from medical professionals when I was sleeping ZERO hours recently. Be careful and good luck. I hope your condition improves soon.

Happy you remeber me @[ns...] or the old peppe hehe.. I'm doing good just cannot fall asleep atm.
