Thanks, Pamster!! It feels so slow to me, but at least it's forward momentum!  I do feel like it's a milestone.  It's an eighth of where I once was, a quarter of where I was two years ago ... and half of where I was a little over a year ago.  (Geez, that really sounds slow when I say it like that -- but still ...)

 

I still feel good about getting this far.  It sure hasn't been easy.  I have been tempted more than once to updose, especially when I can't think or remember well and I need to for work.  But I am really determined to get off this poison.

If you've been able to continue working then you've done this exactly right, minimizing symptoms so we can live our lives is what tapering is all about.  From the looks of your signature it took you about 5 years to get to a point where you knew you needed to come off and reversing the process doesn't happen overnight even though we expect it to.
