Guest [Bn...]
It is a symptom of withdrawal. I have it and it is bad at times but it fades away as TIME passes. I wish it was something there was a pill for but there is not. B

Guest [su...]
It just stopped for me. I had it 15 months...i guess nothing helps for akathisia except time 😟
[Na...]
Try researching the low glutamate diet (cutting out all processed foods, dairy, gluten, soy and corn products) and sticking to whole foods. I've only been on it for a week and feel so much better already after being in protracted withdrawal for over 3 years now, severe anxiety and akathisia. It may not work for everyone but it's worth a try.

B Yes, for me it was the same...it was a very strong symptom the firsts months of withdrawal, but after some time it just went away
