How bad is it?

I've been binging on valium for two years now, using a monthly script of 50x5mg in the first week- sometimes in the first 3-days.

I would take 15mg every 4 hours, no more or less and usually stayed awake for 3 days when I first got them. The withdrawals for the following 3 weeks were awful but I could not resist the next monthly script because of the relief they offered.

My question is: is this worse than using them on a daily basis and having never gone through withdrawals or am I in a better position for having 3-weeks off every month?

What sort of timeframe should I be looking at for withdrawals to pass--im currently at week 7?

If you've had no medication for the last seven weeks, then your likely to be in the healing stage rather than withdrawral. It would be stupid now to go back and do a tapper.

What symptoms do you have?

Unbearable neck tension at times, like I can't handle it and have to put my head on the floor and bend my neck forward for relief and feelings of dread.

There's a whole lot of other things that I'm suss about but not sure if it's withdrawal symptoms or just me being neurotic.

It's the withdrawals, don't worry, it's total withdrawals. I know these symptoms, and the symptom of being unsure if it's withdrawals! Take a normal pain killer, use anti histamine for anxiety, seroquel for sleep. Taurine, valerian, and L-theanine supports the GABA system, and chamomille tea. Magnesium also helps against the glutamate spike. Else i would recommend CBD if it's allowed where you live.

This I'm really struggling with. My family think I'm neurotic and doctors think I'm pretty healthy but it's like I've got every disease known to man. I must have about 10 referrals to specialists that I haven't got around to seeing.
