I'm not deflecting questions, I'm directing readers' attention to a scientific published source document because the quote you provided was taken out of context and is misleading.

 

Are you familiar with the law of the excluded middle? Is the statement in question it true or false? Feel free to give it the context you feel it needs There are other issues you are failing to acknowledge as well
