I have tinnitus terribly in the left ear. In the right ear I have a whooshing pulse heart beat type sounds which I have heard is from the high blood pressure I have acquired during benzo withdrawal.

Many apologies about my extended delay in response, I hope that you are well, I've been unable to taper any further due to my intense work travel

schedule, I'm hanging in at 15mg / day and my Doctor just informed me that I should not be tapering any further at this time, if I didn't have to work

it would be much easier, however I have to pay the bills, my tinnitus has improved a little and my inner ear pressure has improved a little and no

more headaches, this is going to be a long extended taper process for me, I'm improving a little each month.
