Taking 100 + Mg at Bedtime and 50-100 throughout the day. It seems to help with anger and anxiety.

It is fairly safe, however, you are taking TOO HIGH dosages! If you read the label on the bottle or box it will tell you the safe amount to take.

One of the hardest things for some of us to get is that "taking a pill" got us into this mess and we need to stop thinking that way entirely. Our ancestors didnt have pills. All they had was herbs to heal their troubles. Pills seem to get a LOT of people into trouble in one way or another.
