When choosing a weighted blanket, it should be 10% of your body weight. Heavier and you will struggle and increase your anxiety. Be careful of the covering you choose too. Hotter climates, even with air conditioning, you might want a cotton cover. Loads of companies are making them. It is an investment.

If you find it doesn't work to sleep, try using it in a chair during anxious moments. This was passed on to me by a user. I plan to order but can't make up my mind. Thinking is stressful some days. I hug a pillow tight fir comfort,
