Three Months Down

Missed it by a few days due to sickness induced wave, but it's been about three months since my last dose.

 

Up until this week I was having a fairly solid week long windows with a 'rough' day or two.

 

Then this sickness knocked me over and hit me with some serious M1 Sx.

 

Remaining symptoms - food sensitivities, left arm muscle/nerve pain, anxiety, increased histamine response. And of course the conscious breathing & mouth being super sensitive - which means the nose part of my throat feels 'smaller' than normal.

 

Sleep seems to work, so I'll take that win.
