Labor Day marked the end of my little trip to Alaska.  It was a wonderful and relaxing trip.  We even had pretty good weather (for Alaska).  The aurora was wimpy while we were there, but at least I saw them.  Anyway, I thought that I'd share a couple of pics.

As for celebrations - I won the (golf) chipping contest on the cruise which won me a free bottle of champagne!!

Labor Day marked the end of my little trip to Alaska.  It was a wonderful and relaxing trip.  We even had pretty good weather (for Alaska).  The aurora was wimpy while we were there, but at least I saw them.  Anyway, I thought that I'd share a couple of pics.

No firm plans as yet.  One friend would like us to go from England to St Petersburg via Norway/Denmark.  My sister wants to go on a cruise, any cruise if I am up to it. I would like to go to Australia to visit my cousin but not on a cruise.

 

I am still dreaming.  :D

 

But I can walk a mile now so you never know.  :thumbsup:

 

I have come such a long way but I fear there may still be quite a long way to go but who knows.

You won't believe this but I now have Mind's critters to look after as well as my own because she has archived her blog.  Well, I couldn't sleep at night if I thought they were homeless.  >
