LOL! I hear you! I did great keeping my weight down to 110 - 115 pounds for 30 years while on all of these drugs that cause weight gain. But then I come off them and gain like 20 pounds in only 2 months!

I am about 112 lbs but just under 5 feet.  How tall are you?  I have been the same height since I was 11 years old.  Just stopped growing.  My dad was quite short.

 

My weight has fluctuated a lot over the years from 84 lbs after major weight loss due to starting on nitrazepam up to 126 lbs.  Now back to more normal but prefer to be 7 lbs lighter than I am just now.  It is all round my tummy.

 

Ah well, can't have everything we want in life.  A few things would be nice though.  >

Hey, LF.

 

I'm 5 foot 3 inches and I'm like you - I quit growing around 12 or so and stayed about the same weight and height. That is, until last year.

 

The weight gain is around my middle. Part of it may be fluid retention from the benzo belly but I'm sure part of it is weight gain from not being active over the winter.

 

That's why I like this thread - nothing here has calories!
