The depression is so strong and crushing i can hardly move. I dont get how people keep doing this for months on. I am so temped to take a ssri but completley freaked out at the same time. It might now help, make things worse etc....god.

God does the obsession ever stop?? All day i search for vitamins and stuff that could improve me! I used to be obsessed with food and weight. I am so creaped out by what is happening to us. Will that ever stop too??? I will be creaped out for live.....does one just go back to live like nothing happend?
