I would be happy to try and support you through the codeine withdrawal-- my experience is that it isn't as bad as benzo withdrawal-- it still sucks, but just not as much 

 

Thanks for that Chrysanthemum. I hope the time for this comes sooner rather than later. Struggling a bit to come down from 1.5mg V. Talked to the psychiatrist this morning about using the bits of Xanax seeming like cheating. He said it is all a fine tuned thing and you can't be too rigid about it. Wasn't concerned with the small bits I've taken.
