Hi Nicolette,

As of yesterday..I got rid of the xanax all together..and co to the valium 10mg. 2.5 this am...2.5 early eve and 5.0 before bed...

This am though I dropped down to 2.5 mg..I was still very tired. I don't care for these valium at all. Which is a good thing..I imagine 

I have to visit my Mother..she always has a list of things needed to be done.. so hopefully I will adjust. Taking train(s) and busy stations, I'll get through it. SO much is a matter of perspective..I better change mine 

I'm going to be a blessing...it'll all work out.
