Numbness is it due to benzo

Hi friends please kindly give me a suggestion I was diagnosed MDD and GAD and on multiple antidepressants and on klonopin for years my issue is brain numbness i feel my brain very numb hard very distressing is this due to Benzo side effects did anyone experienced brain numbness due to Benzodiazipines. i also diagnosed MDD i don't know if it is due to depressive disorder my Antidepressants are ineffective for me is there any studies regarding benzo exposure and brain numbness or fog

I'm so sorry that you are suffering with this.  Brain fog is a pretty common symptom for people taking benzos, and I think, antidepressants as well.  Have you talked to your doctor about your concerns?  That may be the best place to start to figure out exactly what is causing your issues.
