Pulling sensations/discomfort/pressure on spine

Hi All,

I have been having pulling/pressure on my back where spine is located, around the middle. It feels as if muscles are pushing out, putting pressure on the spine.

It happens when I sit or stand particularly when the back is not supported.

Has anybody experienced this and did it go away/subsided?
