Klonopin Hell

I was not even told I was on a benzo. Found out myself...but I never thought to read about WITHDRAWS. After being on Klonopin for at least a decade, I just jumped right off. From 1mg to nothing in 3 months. Currently in benzo withdraws on day 25.

I can very much relate to your struggles, I was on benzodiazepines for 12 years and my taper lasted 3 months too. I understand what you are going through, and I am really sorry. This process is  the hardest thing I have even done, but it is going to get slowly better and better. Slow recovery is the experience for all of our members who are completely healed already. Much appreciated. Rn just having extreme muscle spasms in my core...along with shaky, pins and needles with ringing in my ears. Haven't slept for 20 hours, but rn it's okay bc I got 5 1/2 hours sleep yesterday. Before that 1 hour and before that 1 1/2 hours sleep.
