[Bl...]
Hi all, have had some tests done, which clearly show, low Gaba high glutamate. Rosmarinic acid is one of the suggestions to try. Had anyone tried this?
[Th...]
That is what they call a polyphenol compound that naturally occurs in Lemon Balm, Rosemary, Sage and other plants in this family. It does a lot of good for the body including anti inflammatory and anti depressant actions. I regularly use Lemon Balm at bedtime to help me fall asleep. I haven't had any bad reactions to it but you would need to give it a try yourself.
[Bl...]
@[Th...]. Many thanks for your reply, I might give it a try. As I'm recovering I seem to be able to tolerate a lot more supplements than I could in the early days. I'm now on so many it's hard to fit them in. Slowly introducing the B,s now.
[Sc...]
No tests can detect gaba or glutamate in the brain. Showing it in the blood is meaningless which is normal. Who did this test a naturopath?
