I read different thoughts on this. As they’re quickly absorbed do/did you feel effects quickly? Apparently I am late to the party as I haven’t even considered Zinc until just now. From what I've read, they work to keep your nervous system healthy, and to repair nerve damage symptoms (the numbness and tingling sensations). B1 is considered a nerve energizer. [Th...] Posted March 4 Share Posted March 4 Also, if you have no seafood allergies, try Omega 3-6-9's. Those do wonders for the blood pressure and overall heart health.
