It’s safe to say I got a little OCD about alleviating this hell of a withdrawal. I went and looked everywhere for answers. Again, while we’re all different, this is what I found that works for me:

Vitamin B1 & 6 100mg (1 per day)

Omega 3,6,9’s 1200mg (3 per day)

Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg (2 per day)

Full Spectrum CBD Oil 30ml (2 drops per day)

I’ve been doing this for a week and a half, and it’s the closest to “me” I’ve felt since my first brain-zap back in November.

I couldn’t even lean back in my chair without feeling like my chest was about to burst open before this.

Again, this is a trial-and-error personally tailored recipe. So please be careful if you have any sensitivities to these ingredients. But if my findings can help any of you, then it’s worth it.
