Has anything helped any of you with CFS symptoms?

Spring is in the air and I live in a dynamic, vibrant city. FOMO doesn’t even fully describe how I am feeling.

Other than walking to store or dogs, have essentially been in bed for 17 months. And, I’m done. Just over it.

I don’t care that I have lost 60% of my hair, aged 20+ years, headaches, air issues…nausea and the rest-I’ve learned to deal (deny) all that.

I just need ENERGY! 🥹

Any magical thinking going around???

The exhaustion is miserable. I'm falling asleep at work because I can't go without nodding off I'm so exhausted. Haven't found anything that helps, but anxious to know if others have.
