Idk why my symptoms are so severe

I feel restless like crazy.

Can't even feel like I can go on for another minute.

Stomach is burning 24*7.

Emotional blunting is beyond terrible.

No sleep.

Fear.

I'm sorry you're suffering like this.  It's so unfair that healing can take such a long time.  Please remember some members don't see much progress in their healing until well into the second year.  Meanwhile, a lot of healing is taking place behind the scenes, laying the groundwork for healing you will really feel - then your fear will start to evaporate, you will feel joy and happiness again, your stomach will settle and your body will feel calm.  As you go through each day I hope you take kind, gentle care of yourself.
