oral surgury

  hi all..  can anyone explain why both times that i had oral surgery i went into a cold turkey withdrawl?    my taper has been super slow and i have had only minor symtoms ,  most days no symptoms.  but twice now in the past 2 years, ive had to have oral surgery and went into full blown cold turkey like symptoms...  both times having to updose slightly.  after my first attemp to taper, i swore id never suffer the way i did for those 5 months.  thats the reason i updosed slightly.  i just hate when i cant make sense of something and this really has me stumped and worried.  thanks for any answers on this one.  ~~~~  health and healing to all~~~ jil

Do you know what medications were used during surgery? Im so sorry it caused quite the wave …. Sometimes the meds used can really rev people up and take a little time for systems to get calmed back down again. Or did you have to take any meds after surgery or anything different than before surgery?
