Skin feels stingy in the summer sun

Why am I getting this feeling of little bee stings when I'm in the summer sun.  I never had this before benzos. Am I allergic to the sun now? Uggg

I painted outdoors was in the sun. All my life started benzo and got super sensitive to sunlight. I had the stinging feeling and would even break out in rashes and different spots of my body but it’s been 10 months of cold turkey and now I’m progressively getting in the sun and actually able to lay out in the sun to get some vitamin D for about 20 to 30 minutes on each side so it does get better
