Like a army boot on my chest

Hey there

I have the feeling there is a heavy army boot standing in my chest.

I don’t mean chest pressure but really like heavy steel thing inside my chest where my lung is

 

When it’s bad I also can’t breathe well feels like my lung is not working left side.

All of our symptoms are miserable for sure but they aren’t life threatening so try to visualize the pressure and pain as signs your body is healing.  I know its hard but the more we obsess about our symptoms, the more they stay front and center in our minds.
