Hello buddies,

Insomnia, itchiness, kidney pains(had them check everything normal),anxiety(idk if this is a benzo withdrawal or the c word scare im going through),First headache was last night but it went away. Left nostril is alil sore but only if I pick my nose. All in all I'm doing ok, just praying and trying to stay hopeful. God bless yall

Anxiety is mostly definitely a withdrawal symptom and I have it A Lot. In fact I've read many posts regarding anxiety. It's more like terror when I wake though.

Thanks for the update, I’m so glad you didn’t reinstate, it sounds like you’re doing well except for your health scare.  Try to keep your anxiety from ramping up, this can increase symptoms although I understand that’s easier said than done.

Being hopeful is huge in recovery. One month is a great accomplishment you can do it. I am 8 1/2 months, benzo free. After being on Xanax for 10 1/2 years at 4 mg a day. we can do this together you’re not alone looking forward to your future updates.  :thumbsup:
