I am going through a lot due to benzo withdrawal. Tried cutting gluten and dairy and the stress and anxiety got debilitating.

 

I guess it could be too much to stand the withdrawal of gluteomorphins and casomorphins when you are already on benzo withdrawal.

 

I wonder if leaky gut is treatable while still consuming those.
