Has anyone had petechiae? I always have but have noticed it significantly more in the last 6 months all over my body.  My doctor says it's from high inflammation, interleukin 6.

Yes! Definite increase since withdrawal. When I was in my first trimester a few months ago and throwing up all the time my face looked SCARY.

They aren't on my face, mostly arms, legs, upper back, stomach, breast/areola area. I am very fair skinned so it makes it even more noticeable. They aren't bothersome by any means just literally  small red dots, like a mark from a red pen.

Yes!!! Wow, thank you for educating me on what the little red dots are. I've had them pop up through tolerance and now even more during my taper. I've been resisting the urge to google this symptom because I've never been overly worried of them and didn't want to begin now  :D

Yes, I promise, better days are coming.  Stay the course, recovery is slow but it will happen!

Best of luck…

Thank God I found this thread, I just found a blood spots/ blood freckles on my face and scalp went Googling wish I never  ::) Anyhoo looks like its ''normal'' due to tapering/withdrawal/healing as besides this thread others have posted about it too. ANDDDD I just remembered another time I kept getting really big haematomas on my legs that looked like giant blood filled blisters surrounded by severe bruising. I was told if no better in a couple of day, go back? I really thought I had some serious blood disorder but they disappeared  by their selves but kept cropping up intermittently for a while before it stopped completely.
