URGENT- DOCTOR CHANGING FROM FROM KLONOPIN TO VALIUM

I am on 0.09 mg of Klonopin and am making the switch to 1 mg valium, any advice on how to do this as easily as possible would be appreciated thank you.

With a dose that low, you may have to make the cross without tapering it in, or you could do half and half then go for it after that.
