[sp...] Posted April 5 Share Posted April 5 i went through it 10 years ago, tapered down from 15MG Valium after a cross over from Xanax and made it out the other side. HAving a hard time with the taper too, didn't the first time. Have gone down 7 mgs in 2 and a half months. At 4mgs now. My research , never go on benzos a second time, even many years later! One of the co-founders is some anonymous person that goes by JC and the other one died by suicide. I’m not sure why the existing co-founder keeps her identity secret, but I’ve never donated to that org for that very reason, and I think they do excellent work.
