[Li...]
Hello again, Rebecca29. As you know, your question and my reply about Vitamin B6 was (appropriately) moved to our Alternative Therapies & Supplements board. That board is not viewable by guests (individuals who are not registered members of BenzoBuddies but can access the public-facing portions of the forum). Consequently, I am reposting the resources I shared with you here in hope they might be of help to guests as well as other readers who are suffering from akathisia themselves or know someone who is. Chris Paige is a trauma-informed therapist and coach who survived akathisia and offers consultations to individuals who are withdrawing from psychiatric drugs. He is also the founder and executive director of a non-profit institute dedicated to improving the lives of individuals suffering from medication-induced akathisia.
