+ 36 months protracted withdrawal - FULL abstinence - No other medication/drugs

Hey guys.

This is a group for people who have been abstinent for over 36 months since their last dose and still have protracted withdrawal.

It is a group of people who are not using any medications or drugs at all.

There are people who say that they have stopped taking Xanax, for example, but are taking Lexapro instead. They say they have been abstinent for e.g. 2 years and still have protracted withdrawal, but do not mention that they have taken Lexapro during these 2 years.

There are people who say they have been abstinent for 36 months and count their 12 month taper as part of that 36 months.

These people do not fit into this group. I want to have a clean group here.

Since the last intake - From then you start counting...

Briefly about me:

26, male

Consumption from age 13 - 22.

Month 37 currently.

Reductions in symptoms at month 4, 6, 18 and 32. Some symptoms have gone away and some symptoms have become weaker.

Month 1 - 18 -> TERROR

Month 18 - 32 -> PAINFUL

Month 32 - now -> Unpleasant

Current symptoms: Social anxiety, brain fog, anhedonia, fatigue, low energy, low motivation, low libido, no morning wood, weak bladder and urine stream.
