I have not been on the boards for quite a while and I am 31 months off....

And to anyone that is in the thick of it and despairing... Please know this gets better I have been there...

I love you and pray for you my benzo buddies... You are so special to me....

I rarely think about this process now days so know it does get better...

Hello Bexlan, so good to hear from you and that you are doing well!!!!  I am now also at 31 months and am still bothered by the nasty headaches, but they have become less frequent.
