Handling a sleepless night

I started a new job and it's pretty taxing. I had some new job anxiety and also a sleepless night. But the good news is, I endured it without a sleeping pill. I just wrote in my journal, tried to rest and went to work the next day and nothing bad happened. This is a big win for me.

Fantastic news, that's a major accomplishment and I mean it!  Learning to live life without reaching for a pill is tough, we've all been programmed so its a major accomplishment to make it through without the drug!  I'm glad to see you taking a victory lap, you're on your way to freedom.

Thats awesome news! I have been working the last 3 months with very little sleep. It is very hard and I have had to take a few sick days but what can we do? I have kids to feed and the bills dont pay themselves. Good luck and keep fighting the good fight.
