Any antihistamine I have taken has always aggravated me. So, I guess it just depends on the person. Could be making things worse but it's hard to know for sure.

My stack failed last night I have been wide awake all night. Yesterday I kept busy, I watched the sun rise and set. I ate low glutamate.

 

I am starting to think this is me now. I am broken

lemon balm affects gaba...u may be ok with it. I cannot do it or chamomile.

 

Some ppl do ok with it. I just want you to make an informed choice:)
