The chart I created lets you reduce a tiny amount each day.  It includes crushing your benzo and mixing with a powder.

But you said you want to reduce once every 4 weeks, right?  That would be a totally different situation.

If you want to reduce once every 4 weeks, I recommend you reduce 0.1 mg every 4 weeks.  That should be a safe amount.

That depends on how the pharmacist makes the capsules.

I don't understand how you get the pharmacist to make your dosages.

Well then you're in good hands.  Just have the pharmacist make 3 doses according to your needs for each reduction.

However, everyone is different, so keep a journal of your progress so in a few weeks, you can read the journal and make careful decisions about slowing down or speeding up the taper.

Your signature says you are taking 2mg but in your posts, you say 1.05mg, the pharmacy makes 3 capsules of 0.35mg which adds up to 1.05mg a day.

Hold until you feel like your symptoms are tolerable enough to continue.

Try to learn non-benzo methods to address the anxiety.
