briefly state your benzo time, dosage, and how long it took to recover

I'm hoping to get a thread going where everyone states in brief numerical format how long they took benzos, at what dosage, and how long it took them to fully recover. So that it would appear something like...

 

Xanax, 3 mg, 11 years

Time to recover after withdrawal: 14 months

(This is just an example I made up btw)

Took 10 months to totally 100 % recover. Zero sx for 1.5 months now.
