bad reaction RX diazepam twice,cant do alcohol, anyone has success with milk

I have tried liquid diazepam twice now and get a bad reaction, including agitation, flushed cheeks , massive increase in tinnitus head pressure and nausea.

I can't use alcohol for personal reasons. Has anyone had a good outcome from using full fat milk or almond milk?

I am desperate to start tapering down from 2mgs where I have been stuck for 6 weeks and getting worse.

Any advice is really welcome
