How much time of feeling good does it take to write ur success story?

How much time of feeling good has to pass before a benzo survivor can write their success story?

 

P.S. because it could probably be just a window, and not necessarily means you are healed!

There are guidelines at the top of Success Stories page.  Two months feeling healed is suggested before writing SS.  I’m a ways from thinking about it.  I couldn’t write a paragraph.  Someday!
