Switched to Valium too quickly

My situation co tiniest after 31 days of instant cross to diazopam. Looking tomhear from a..some moderators.

I took my first liquid dose today without tapering to acclimate my body to administration change and i was right back to being horribly sedated ..barely functional all day.

I'm wondering if my dose is too high.

This site came highly recommmedned to me and I feel quite invisible and perplexed as to why.
